Making
Hay 2013.
We make all our own hay
on small grass fields near the farm. 1500-2000 bales are stored in the
barn and used throughout the winter and the rest of the year. |
There is approximaetly 2Ha of
grass paddocks surrounding the farm buildings that the goats graze in the
summer months. |

some vintage ones. Peter also has a collection of Grey Fergies and
fergie implements.
The farm comprises of 140acres of land, but
another 70 acres of arable land is rented and a similar amount is
contract farmed for Nicola's parents, so in all over 300acres of arable
is farmed each year with crops of Wheat, Barley and Oilseed Rape. Pigs used to be reared on contract but now goats
